  1. Cancellations

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked slot will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded, but you may reschedule your booking once at no additional cost.
  2. No-Shows

    • Refunds are not available for no-shows. Please arrive promptly for your reserved slot.
  3. Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your booking. To reschedule, please contact us directly via email or phone.
  4. Equipment Malfunction or Facility Issues

    • If technical issues prevent you from enjoying your session, you may request a rescheduled slot or a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges Policy (Merchandise)

  1. Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customised products, gift cards, and used items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
  3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  4. Defective Merchandise

    • If an item is found to be defective, it can be exchanged for a replacement or refunded in full, including any shipping costs.
