Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked slot will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded, but you may reschedule your booking once at no additional cost.

No-Shows
- Refunds are not available for no-shows. Please arrive promptly for your reserved slot.

Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your booking. To reschedule, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Equipment Malfunction or Facility Issues
- If technical issues prevent you from enjoying your session, you may request a rescheduled slot or a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges Policy (Merchandise)

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
- Customised products, gift cards, and used items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Defective Merchandise
- If an item is found to be defective, it can be exchanged for a replacement or refunded in full, including any shipping costs.
