By booking a session, subscribing to a membership, or using our facilities or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Simtec Golf
Simtec Golf Ltd operates an indoor golf simulator facility in Kings Langley, UK, powered by TrackMan technology. We provide simulator hire, coaching, merchandise, events, and membership services.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Payments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without compensation.
See Section 3 for refund and rescheduling rules.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations
24+ hours before booking: A full credit will be issued to your Simtec Golf booking account for future use.
Within 24 hours: No refund, but a one-time reschedule may be granted at no cost.
3.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your booking.
Requests after this period are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
All credits remain valid for 12 months from issue.
3.3 No-Shows
No credit or refund is provided for missed sessions.
3.4 Facility or Technical Faults
If your session is disrupted due to equipment malfunction or power loss, you may choose:
A rescheduled session, or
A credit to your Simtec Golf booking account
4. Facility Conduct & Safety
Users must follow all safety instructions, signage, and staff directions.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Misuse of equipment or disruptive behaviour may result in ejection without credit or refund.
Guests are liable for any damage they cause.
5. Simulator Use
Only clean, indoor-appropriate footwear allowed. No muddy or spiked shoes.
Personal clubs and balls are welcome but must be clean and unmarked.
Marked balls or dirty equipment may damage screens and incur charges.
No food or drink is permitted on hitting mats or near computers.
6. Alcohol and Refreshments
No outside alcohol allowed. All alcoholic drinks must be purchased on-site.
Intoxicated or disruptive behaviour will result in removal.
Spills causing damage may lead to charges.
Alcohol service is only available to guests aged 18 or over.
7. Risk & Liability
Use of the facility is entirely at your own risk.
Simtec Golf Ltd accepts no liability for injury, loss, or property damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Users are advised to carry their own personal accident insurance.
8. Membership Terms
8.1 Tiers & Benefits
Social – £15/month
Casual – £25/month
Committed – £35/month

8.2 Contract Duration
Winter (1 Oct – 31 Mar): Fixed 6-month term, no early cancellation.
Summer (1 Apr – 30 Sep): Monthly rolling, cancellable with 5 business days’ notice.
8.3 Cancellation Policy
Must be submitted via enquiries@simtecgolf.co.uk or through the member portal (if available).
Late cancellation requests may result in one final charge.
8.4 Direct Debit & Payment
Monthly billing is via Direct Debit.
Failed payments may result in suspension or loss of benefits.
9. Coaching Services
Booked separately from simulator time.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
Coach availability is not guaranteed.
10. Events & Private Hire
Events may require deposits or full payment in advance.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event may not be eligible for credit or refund.
11. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
11.1 Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
11.2 Exclusions
No returns for:
Custom items
Gift cards
Used products (unless faulty)
11.3 Faulty Items
Faulty merchandise will be exchanged or refunded in full (including postage if applicable).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
12. Privacy and Data
Personal data is collected for service delivery and securely stored.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

13. Website Use
Content is for personal use only.
Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute website material without written permission.
14. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, content, and designs are owned by Simtec Golf Ltd.
Use of our brand assets requires prior written approval.
15. CCTV Monitoring
CCTV is used for safety, monitoring, and security.
By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded.
Footage may be used for investigations or handed to authorities if required.
16. Accessibility
We strive to accommodate all guests.
Please contact us in advance for any accessibility needs.
17. Age Restrictions
Must be 18+ to book a bay or consume alcohol.
Under 16s must be supervised.
Under 12s may only use simulators under direct supervision or during coaching.
18. Lost Property
Simtec Golf holds lost items for 14 days.
Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after this period.
Call or email to enquire about lost belongings.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions caused by:
Power outages
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Government actions
Other events beyond our control
In such cases, we may offer credit or rescheduling where appropriate.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes will be handled by UK courts.
